But retirement is not what Joseph imagined, and when he meets a young, attractive woman, Suzanne, everything he thought he knew about himself and his world is turned upside down.。香港人北上吃喝的熱潮持續，久而久之或忽略了同樣具有特色的本土味道。近年不少本地老字號、食肆、食品廠因不同原因結業，市民實應珍惜現時仍留下來、一直堅持「香港製造」的有心人。 五位主持黃劍文、冼靖峰、潘靜文、莊子璇、王汛文引領觀眾走進農田、魚排，見識香港農業、漁業的發展。節目也會從土炮食材出發，尋找真正來自本港或香港製造的優質食材，藉以支持一班堅守原味道的業界朋友，協助振興本土經濟。。
