杨晨光一家本是老实本分的农民，在村长周经纬的稻田里和乡亲们收割稻子赚取工钱，杨晨光偶然获得了看到其他人死亡时间。本是平凡的一天，杨晨光和家人在稻田里干活突然看到所有人的死亡时间后，猜测出今天将爆发洪水于是呼吁大家放弃手中的农活，躲避洪水。。The film follows the title character (Jonigkeit) as he navigates his search for a moral center, after an act of compassion upends his life. Looking to authority figures he encounters along the way — including his eventual cellmate, Gene (LaBeouf) — Henry’s journey leads him down a road of manipulation and ethical uncertainty.。
