该剧以党和国家新时代“脱贫攻坚、全面小康”重大历史使命为时代背景，以单元剧的叙事手法，讲述了中国北方新上任的党委副书记唐天石、市广播电视台新闻女主播辛兰、返乡创业大学生石全有三位青年共产党人积极响应党中央号召、主动接受扶贫攻坚工作的故事。。林诺和妈妈苏芸因为血型特殊稀有，被林诺的爸爸林山卖给了富商陈三甲，让林诺换心脏给陈甲千金。苏芸受伤阻拦但没能成功，在偷渡到海外的船上，因为遇上检查，林诺更是被丢下了海，林诺大难不死，流落海外。。。。Documentary which take as subject the Oberhausen Group and New German Cinema, and some of those who followed in their footsteps.
