本届金鹰节由中国文学艺术界联合会、湖南省人民政府、中国电视艺术家协会主办，长沙市人民政府、湖南省广播电视局、湖南广播影视集团（湖南广播电视台）承办，于11月4日至6日在湖南长沙举行，期间举办包括“开幕式暨文艺晚会”“金鹰论坛”“颁奖晚会”“提名荣誉颁授典礼”等六项主体活动，并揭晓备受关注的第31届中国电视金鹰奖各奖项。。赵捷和罗麦相识已久，在经历过一次导致少年意外死亡的车祸之后，二人逐渐产生罅隙。事后，罗麦去了西藏，却全然未知等待他的是一场不测风云。罗麦走后，赵捷也踏入这段象征涅槃与救赎的莲花之旅，一直在路上的他，始终在寻找着一个模糊的身影。。The year is 1971 when the Pakistani Army is at war with the Indian Soldiers.
